NOFOMO WITH TARGET SWIM

Thank you to Target for sponsoring the following blog post. All opinions are my own. xoxo

LOOK ONE: #NOFOMO of heading to the beach with some friends.

LOOK TWO: #NOFOMO of doing cartwheels in the sand.

LOOK THREE: #NOFOMO of booking that tropical vacay.

Yesterday was one of those days.

A fat day.

It's important to note that nothing had been going right the past few days leading up to yesterday so I was already at my breaking point. Plus, monthly girl things were happening as well, if you catch my drift.

Even though I was feeling like a beluga whale, I knew that it was the only day I had available to take these pictures for this post. Regardless, I proceeded to brainstorm any and all ways I could take these photos later when I felt "skinnier", but came up empty-handed.

*Queue the hysterical melt down.*

My poor husband had to listen to me whine and literally sob because I felt fat. Guys, I know. Someone call the whambulance. I'm so dramatic. We all have our emotional days where not even the crispy on the outside/soft on the inside French fries can make us feel better.

So beluga whale or not, here I am in three gorgeous swimsuits from TARGET. I am so excited to be partnering with them this spring to share how I'm styling my swimwear this year. If you follow me on INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK, you may have seen two other Target suits I'm loving. I'll be sharing more posts with Target in the near future so stay tuned for those! (Spoiler alert: The next one is beauty product related!!)

Target's #NOFOMO (No Fear Of Missing Out) campaign is in full swing, but if you haven't heard of it, I'll give you the low-down. As a member of this campaign, I'm pledging to not let my fear get in the way of sporting my swimsuits with confidence and having the summer of a lifetime. (Kind of ironic, since less than 24 hours ago, I was throwing a tantrum that could rival the most horrific toddler's tantrum because I didn't want to wear my swimsuits.) No matter what our fears are, I encourage you to push past them.

I love that Target's swim selection has something for every body type and every swimsuit-needed activity. (Plus free shipping and returns, so you can try some options at home and return what doesn't work.) One-pieces and high waisted bottoms are perfect for sitting comfortably on the beach. (Rolls? What rolls?) The first and third swimsuits are from Tori Praver's Seafoam Target swim line and I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality from the second I put them on. They honestly feel like butter being rubbed onto my body and are incredibly flattering. The price point is nuts for such a high quality suit.

I gravitate toward one-piece/ high-waisted swim suits for modesty reasons and I just so happen to feel most comfortable in them. Tori Praver line has tons of amazing one-pieces to choose from and I am rather infatuated with the back of the navy one-piece I am wearing above. It's pretty perfect. If you're not a solid suit kind of gal, it also comes in two fun prints.

We all have our good, bad, and fat days, but I hope this post inspires you to feel confident in your swimsuits this summer! (If I can do it, you can do it.) Find your style @targetstyle! xoxo

    1. Haha I know, but I just have "fat days" where I feel larger than usual due to bloating or other reasons. Thank you for the kind words though! xoxo
