MODERN PIGTAILS

top: Soel Boutique (OBSESSED with here, similar here) || overalls: ASOS (kinda dying over these, more cute printed overalls here) || shoes: c/o Desert Rose Apparel - sold out (similar here and here)

So confession: I have done pigtails a time or two recently but haven't loved the way they look on me. They make me look like I have less hair for some reason. I don't really get it. But anyyyyywayssss, this is my take on pigtails and I must say I love how this style gives off a boho/carefree vibe without making you look like a seven year old. (At least in my humble opinion.)

Speaking of seven year olds, I must be a kid at heart because I absolutely LOVE overalls. Like love love. People always say overalls are one of those things that you either super love or super hate. Well peeps, if you're hating on them you better get on the love ship real quick because they are ZEE BEST! I mean it! They are too comfortable for words and you never have to worry about your butt crack hanging out. Tell me there aren't many things better than that... because there aren't. Plus how great on these overalls from Forever 21? I'm pretty sure I should have been born in the 70's. Flares, round sunglasses, flowy dresses and tops. Swoon. #flowerchild4life

K love ya, bye!

  2. I love this hairstyle! I feel the same way about pigtails- my hair is too thin and they're not flattering... and they kinda make me look Native American, haha. Not that it's a bad thing, because I'm sure I have some native american in my blood, I just don't know how to feel about it. I guess I haven't found the right pigtail hairstyle :)
